As you can see in the lucky spin it has only 1 mythic outfit to get another outfit you have to get a lucky coin and redeem it for 600 lucky coins.

If you are lucky you can get all the outfits, but you are not you have to spend a lot of UC to get lucky coins and then redeem them. The first spin of the cost 10 UC after that its 60 UC to 10 its 540 UC.
